If the baby is orphaned, you should take it with you and contact your local wildlife rehabilitation personnel or the International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council. If there is no good alternative, you can raise the bird at home ad then release it.

Birds of this breed cannot be kept in captivity, so selling and keeping them as pets is illegal in the USA and some other countries. If you find a baby that has fallen out of the nest try to find the nest and put it is. The mother is probably near, but she is afraid.
